Musnad Ahmad 16562 — Hadith of al-Sa'ib ibn Khallad Abu Sahla

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Saib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever unjustly frightens the people of Madinah, Allah will impose fear upon him, and upon him will be the curse of Allah, His angels, and all mankind, and on the Day of Resurrection, Allah will not accept any obligatory or voluntary act from him.
