(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ ، قَالَ : قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَقَاسَمْتُ أَخِي ، فَقَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ : إِنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " لَا يُبَارَكُ فِي ثَمَنِ أَرْضٍ وَلَا دَارٍ لَا يُجْعَلُ فِي أَرْضٍ وَلَا دَارٍ " .
Amr bin Harith says that once, on the occasion of my visit to Madinah Munawwarah, I had my brother divide the share for me. Upon this, Sayyiduna Saeed bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no blessing in the price of land or a house unless it is invested back into land or a house."
