Musnad Ahmad 16283 — Hadith of Taliq ibn ‘Ali
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَوْ بَدْرٍ ، أَنَا أَشُكُّ ، عَنْ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْحَنَفِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى صَلَاةِ عَبْدٍ لَا يُقِيمُ فِيهَا صُلْبَهُ بَيْنَ رُكُوعِهَا وَسُجُودِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq bin Ali that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah does not look at the prayer of the person who does not straighten his back between bowing (ruku) and prostration (sajdah).
