(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ , عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ الْجِنَازَةَ ، فَلْيَقُمْ حَتَّى تُخَلِّفَهُ أَوْ تُوضَعَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Aamir that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you see a funeral procession and cannot accompany it, then stand up until it passes by or is placed on the ground.
