(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ " .
Muawiyah bin Qurrah narrates from his father that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said regarding fasting three days every month that it is equivalent to fasting every day and breaking the fast every day.
