(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " فَأَصَبْنَا جَرَادًا فَأَكَلْنَاهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we were participating in a battle with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). During that time, we came across a swarm of locusts, which we ate.
