(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا " قَدِمَ الْمَدِينَةَ نَحَرُوا جَزُورًا ، أَوْ بَقَرَةً ، وَقَالَ مَرَّةً : نَحَرْتُ جَزُورًا أَوْ بَقَرَةً " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) arrived in Madinah, the people slaughtered a camel or a cow.
