(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَرَى التَّمْرَةَ ، فَلَوْلَا أَنَّهُ يَخْشَى أَنْ تَكُونَ صَدَقَةً لَأَكَلَهَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would find a date lying on the road, and if he did not fear that it might be from charity, he would eat it.
