(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَا طَلْحَةَ فِي غَزْوَةِ خَيْبَرَ يُنَادِي : إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ " يَنْهَيَانِكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ ، فَإِنَّهَا رِجْسٌ " ، قَالَ : فَأُكْفِئَتْ الْقُدُورُ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Hazrat Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) during the Battle of Khaybar to announce that Allah and His Messenger forbid you from eating the meat of donkeys, because their meat is impure, so the pots were overturned.
