(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ الضَّبِّيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " إِذَا نَزَلَ مَنْزِلًا لَمْ يَرْتَحِلْ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ الظُّهْرَ " ، قَالَ : فَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ لِأَنَسٍ : يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ بِنِصْفِ النَّهَارِ ؟ ، قَالَ : وَإِنْ كَانَ بِنِصْفِ النَّهَارِ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) halted at any place, he would not depart from there before performing the Zuhr prayer. Muhammad bin Umar (may Allah have mercy on him) asked Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), "O Abu Hamzah! Even if it was at midday?" He replied, "Yes! Even if it was at midday."
