(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا " تَبِعَ جَنَازَةً ، لَمْ يَجْلِسْ حَتَّى تُوضَعَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever accompanies a funeral should not sit down before the funeral is placed on the ground.
