(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، أَنَّ ذَكْوَانَ أَبَا صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ خَيْرًا حَدَّثَ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، وأبي سعيد الخُدْرِي ، وأبي هُرَيْرة ، " أنهم نهوا عَنِ الصَّرْفِ " ، رَفَعَهُ رَجُلَانِ مِنْهُمْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him), Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), and Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that they used to prohibit the sale of gold and silver on credit, and two of them attributed this prohibition to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
