حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ , حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ , عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " غَدْوَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ , أَوْ رَوْحَةٌ ، خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: To strive in the way of Allah for a morning or an evening is better than the world and whatever is in it.
