حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ , حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ , عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ , عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " تَفْضُلُ الصَّلَاةُ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ عَلَى صَلَاةِ الْفَذِّ , بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ صَلَاةً " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The superiority of prayer in congregation over prayer offered alone is twenty-five degrees more.
