حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبٌ , حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، قََالَ : سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَتَقَارَبُ الزَّمَانُ , وَيَفِيضُ الْمَالُ , وَتَظْهَرُ الْفِتَنُ , وَيَكْثُرُ الْهَرْجُ " , قَالُوا : وَمَا الْهَرْجُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ؟ قَالَ : " الْقَتْلُ الْقَتْلُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The time will come near, wealth will flow like water, tribulations will appear, and 'Harj' will become abundant." Someone asked, "What is the meaning of 'Harj'?" He replied, "Killing."
