حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ , أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ , عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ , عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ ، لَيَأْتِيَنَّ عَلَى أَحَدِكُمْ يَوْمٌ لَأَنْ يَرَانِي ، ثُمَّ لَأَنْ يَرَانِي أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), a day will come upon one of you when seeing me will be more beloved to him than his family and his wealth.
