٢٤٣١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك عن فراس عن عامر قال: قال عبد اللَّه: (لا غلت) (١) في الإسلام -يعني: لا غلط (٢).
Hazrat Abdullah says that there is no status of mistake in Islam, that is, after selling, to say that I made a mistake.
٢٤٣١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن ابن سيرين أنه كان لا يجيز الغلط.
Hazrat Ibn Sirin would not validate this sale.
٢٤٣١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر في ⦗٤٧٤⦘ رجل باع رجلًا ثوبًا فقال: (غلطت) (١)، (فقال) (٢) الشعبي: ليس بشيء، البيع خدعة.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aamir that a person sold a pitcher to another by hand, then said that he had made a mistake. Hazrat Sha’bi said that this has no significance because trade is the name of deception, and Hazrat Qasim said: He will return the pitcher to him.
٢٤٣١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن عبد اللَّه مولى عمرو بن حريث عن أبيه قال: قدم رجل من أهل البادية بعشرة أبعرة فجعل يعطى بالبعير مائة وثلاثين، ومائة وعشرين، فيأبى، فأتاه رجل من النخاسين فقال: قد أخذتها منك بألف أقرع، فباعها، فلما حسب حسابها ندم، فخاصمه إلى شريح فأجاز البيع وقال: البيع خدعة.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdur Rahman that a Bedouin brought some camels. He was offered one hundred and thirty, one hundred and twenty dirhams for a camel, but he refused to sell. Then one of the brokers came to him and said, "I will buy all your camels from you for a thousand." The Bedouin sold them to him. Later, when the Bedouin calculated, he became very regretful and took his dispute to Hazrat Shurayh. He upheld the sale and said, "A sale is the name of deception."
