If a Man Has Already Given Two Divorces and Gives a Third While Terminally Ill, What Is the Ruling on Inheritance?
Hadith 20165
٢٠١٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن مغيرة عن الحارث في رجل كانت تحته امرأة على تطليقة، وقد كان طلقها قبل ذلك تطليقتين، فيطلقها في مرضه، فمات في العدة: (لا يرثها) (١) ولا ترثه.
Hazrat Harith, may Allah have mercy on him, says that if a person has already given his wife two divorces and, during his terminal illness, gives her the third divorce, and the man passes away during her waiting period, then neither of them will inherit from each other.
