٨٢١٣ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن الأعمش عن المنهال (بن) (١) عمرو (عن) (٢) قيس بن (سكن) (٣) عن عبد اللَّه قال: إن الشيطان يأتي أحدكم وهو في الصلاة فيبل إحليله حتى يرى أنه قد أحدث، وأنه يأتيه فيضرب دبره فيريه أنه قد أحدث، فلا تنصرفوا حتى تجدوا ريحا أو تجدوا بللا (٤).
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Satan comes to one of you in his prayer and wets the opening of his private organ, so he feels that his ablution has been broken. Then he strikes his buttocks, so he feels that his ablution has been broken. Do not break off the prayer until you detect a smell or are certain of wetness.
