Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 39596 — What I have preserved about Banu

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned on the day of al-Khandaq, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) had put down his weapons and taken a ritual bath, Jibril came to him (peace and blessings be upon him) with dust on his head and said: "You have put down your weapons! By Allah, I have not put down mine." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then where to?" Jibril replied: "This way!" and he pointed toward Banu Qurayzah. The narrator says: Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) set out toward Banu Qurayzah.
