٣٨٩٢١ - حدثنا حفص عن حجاج عن عبد الملك بن المغيرة الطائفي عن عبد الرحمن بن (البيلماني) (١) قال: خطب النبي ﷺ فقال: "أنكحوا الأيامي منكم"، فقام إليه رجل فقال: يا رسول اللَّه ما العلائق بينهم؟ قال: "ما تراضى عليه أهلوهم" (٢).
Abd al-Rahman bin al-Baylamani states that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a sermon and said: "Marry off the unmarried among you." A man stood up and said: "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! What is the bond (the consideration for it) between them?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whatever their families agree upon."
