٣٨٨٢١ - حدثنا شريك عن سلمة عن عطاء وأبي الزبير عن جابر أن النبي ﷺ باع مدبرًا (١).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sold a mudabbar slave. It is mentioned that the view of (Imam) Abu Hanifah is: A mudabbar slave may not be sold.
