٣٦٩٢٢ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن أبي سعيد قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إن اللَّه خلق يوم خلق السماوات والأرض مائة رحمة فجعل في الأرض منها رحمة، فبها تعطف الوالدة على ولدها والبهائم بعضها على بعض، وأخر تسعا وتسعين إلى يوم القيامة فإذا كان يوم القيامة أكملها بهذه الرحمة مائة رحمة" (١).
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "On the day that Allah created the earth and the heavens, He created one hundred mercies. He placed one of them on the earth. Because of it a mother shows mercy to her children, and some animals show mercy to others. He held back ninety-nine until the Day of Resurrection. When the Day of Resurrection comes, Allah Almighty will complete the one hundred mercies with this mercy."
