٣٦٠٧٥ - حدثنا حميد عن (حصين) (١) عن مطرف قال: ما فوق حلوان فهو ذمة، وما دون حلوان من السواد فهو فيء، قال: سوادنا هذا فيء.
Hazrat Mutarrif says that the part above Hulwan is under dhimmah, and apart from Hulwan is fay’, and our area is fay’.
