٣٥٥٣٩ - حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن محمد بن راشد عن مكحول قال: الخمس بمنزلة الفيء، (يعطي) (١) منه الإمامُ الغنيَ والفقير.
Makhul (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The khumus (one-fifth) is also like fay'; the imam will give from it to both the rich and the poor.
