٣١٩٤٩ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن الحكم بن هشام عن عبد الملك بن عمير قال: كان يقال: إن أبقى الناس عقولًا (قَرَأة) (١) القرآن.
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Umair says that those who recite the Qur'an are the ones with good intellect.
