Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 29921 — A man who settles for blood money
٢٩٩٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن القاسم بن الفضل عن هارون عن عكرمة في رجل قتل بعد (أخذه) (١) الدية، قال: يُقتل، أما سمعت اللَّه يقول: ﴿(فَلَهُ) (٢) عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ﴾ [المائدة: ٩٤].
Harun says that it is narrated from Ikrimah concerning a man who, after taking blood money, killed the killer. He said: "He is to be killed. Have you not heard? Allah, the Lord of Glory, says: 'For him is a painful punishment' [Al-Ma'idah: 94]."
