Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 29913 — A man who hires out a riding animal

Shu'bah says: I asked al-Hakam and Hammad about a man who hires out horses and mules and drives the animal with a woman riding on it, and she falls. To the best of my knowledge, the two of them said: "He is not liable."
