٢٩٦٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية (عن ابن أبي ذئب) (١) عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب أنه كان يرى القسامة على المدعى عليهم.

Hazrat Zuhri states that Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib held the opinion that the oath is obligatory upon the defendants.
