Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 29413 — A man killed in the Sacred Precinct

Nafi' bin Jubayr said that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Four thousand dirhams are added to the blood money of a person killed in the sacred months, and four thousand dirhams are likewise added to the blood money of a person killed within the bounds of the Sanctuary. And the value of the blood money of a person within the bounds of the Sanctuary is twenty thousand dirhams.
