Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 29113 — The offence of a mudabbar slave
٢٩١١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد قال: على مواليهم الدية إذا قتلوا، وإن قُتلوا فديتهم دية المملوك.
Shu'bah said that Hammad said: The blood money is binding on the masters of mudabbar slaves when they kill someone; and if they are killed, their blood money is the same as the blood money of slaves.
