٢٨٦١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل ضُرب فذهب سمعه وبصره وكلامه قال: له ثلاث ديات.
It is narrated that al-Hasan said: For someone who was struck and lost his hearing, speech and sight, there are three payments of blood money (diyah).
