Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 24921 — A man who sells goods by murabahah

Ibn Jurayj said: I asked Ata: I hire out my slave on condition that I feed him for one year and he (the hirer) feeds him for one year, and in the third year for a fixed payment of such and such? He said: There is no harm in it.
