Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 24813 — A man who bought goods from another

It is narrated from Hammad that a man bought goods from another, then went to fetch a porter to move them, and when he came back his counterpart had already sold them on. He said: If that very item can be found, he may take it. If the second buyer has already taken it away and the item can no longer be obtained, the first buyer gets nothing, and the profit belongs to the seller.
