Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 24721 — A man who sells a specified share

٢٤٧٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا (بيع) (٢) نصيب مسمى من (داره) (٣) جاز، فإن لم يكن مسمى لم يجز.

Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a person sells his specified share in a house, it is permissible; and if the share is not specified, then it is not permissible.
