Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 24613 — A man who sells food for cash
٢٤٦١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الصمد (بن) (١) عبد الوارث عن هشام الدستوائي عن حماد قال: لو بعت رجلا طعاما (بالحال) (٢)، فنقله إلى بيته ثم أقلته منه وقبضته في بيته، فإن شئت (بعته) (٣) منه بنسيئة.
Hammad said: If I sell a man food for cash, and he takes it to his house, then I cancel the sale with him (iqalah) and take possession of it at his house, then if I wish I may sell it to him on credit.
