٢٤٦٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن يحيى بن سعيد (عن) (١) (سعيد) (٢) بن المسيب في رجل أعتق عبده (وشرط) (٣) خدمته، قال: إذا أعتقه بطل شرطه.
Sa'id bin al-Musayyib said concerning a man who freed his slave on the condition of his service: When he has freed him, his condition is void.
