٢٤٣٢١ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن هشام عن ابن سيرين والحسن أنهما (سئلا) (١) عن الرجل يشتري الطعام يبيعه بكيله، (فقالا) (٢)؛ لا، (حتى) (٣) يجري فيه الصاعان، فتكون له الزيادة وعليه النقصان] (٤).
Ibn Sirin and al-Hasan were asked: A man has bought food; may he sell it on the strength of its earlier measure? They said: No, not until the two sa's have been applied to it. Then both the excess and the shortfall will belong to the buyer.
