٢٢٨٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب عن محمد بن سيرين أنه ⦗٨٥⦘ كان لا يرى بأسًا أن يدفع الرجل إلى الرجل مالا مضاربة على أن (يجعل) (١) له بضاعة أو يعمل له عملًا.
Muhammad bin Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a person gives someone capital for mudarabah and places on him a condition of goods or of doing some work, there is no harm in it.
