٢٢٨١٣ - وعن أشعث عن الحكم، أنهما كانا لا يريان بأسا بالرهن إذا كان على يدي عدل مقبوضًا.
The same is also reported from al-Hakam through Ash'ath: the two of them saw no harm in a pledge if it is held in the possession of an upright person.
