٢٢٦٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد قال: لا يشترط المضارب طعامًا ولا شيئًا ينتفع به، إلا أن يكون فيه منفعة للمضاربة، فإن لم تكن فيه منفعة للمضاربة كان ذلك في مال نفسه.
Hammad said that for the mudarib (managing partner) no condition shall be made for food or for anything else from which he benefits. If, however, there is a benefit in it for the mudarabah, then it is fine; and if there is no benefit for the mudarabah, it will count as coming from his own personal wealth.
