٢٢٠١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة عن طاوس قال: قال ابن عباس: إذا بعت بيعا مما يكال ويوزن إلى أجل، فحل أجلك فلا (تأخذهما، وخذ) (١) ما (خالفهما) (٢) (٣).
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: When you sell something that is measured or weighed for a fixed term and the term comes, do not take either of those two, but take something different from them.
