٢١٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: حدثنا جرير بن حازم عن قيس بن سعد عن سعيد بن جبير ومجاهد قالا في المريض تصيبه الجنابة، فيخاف على نفسه، قال: هو بمنزلة المسافر الذي لا يجد الماء، يتيمم، وسألت عطاء فقال: لا بد من الماء ويسخن له.
Sa'id bin Jubayr and Mujahid say regarding a sick person who becomes junub and fears harm from taking the ritual bath: he is in the position of a traveller who finds no water, and he should perform tayammum. Qays says: I asked Ata about this, and he said: Using water is necessary, even if it has to be heated for him.
