Hadith 19608
١٩٦٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن مجاهد عن مروان عن ⦗٣٠٤⦘ علي (قال) (١): يوقف عند الأربعة حتى (يبين) (٢) (طلاقًا) (٣) أو رجعة (٤).
Hazrat Marwan (may Allah have mercy on him) states that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to suspend the ruling of Ilaa upon the husband after four months, so that he himself would declare whether there was reconciliation or divorce.
