١٨٩٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا سفيان بن عيينة عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد قال: طلاق السكران جائز.
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the divorce of a person addicted to intoxication is valid.
