Hadith 18671
١٨٦٧١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو الأحوص عن منصور عن أبي وائل قال: طلق ابن عمر امرأته وهي حائض فأتى عمر النبي ﷺ (١) فأخبره فقال النبي ﷺ: "مره فليراجعها، ثم ليطلقها طاهرًا في غير جماع" (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) once divorced his wife during her menses. Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) mentioned this matter to the Prophet (peace be upon him), so he said: Tell him to take her back, then after she becomes pure, divorce her before consummation.
