١٦٦١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن حجاج قال: كان الحكم وأصحابنا يقولون في المحرم يكون به القروح في جسده ورأسه (فيداويها) (١) بالطيب؟ قالوا: فيه (كفارتان) (٢)، كفارة في رأسه، وكفارة في جسده.
Al-Hakam and our companions say: If a person in ihram has sores on his body and head and he applies a perfumed medicine to them, two expiations are due on him: one expiation is due because of applying medicine to the head, and one expiation because of the medicine on the body.
