١٥٣١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن ابن (جريج) (١) قال: أنا قرأت كتاب عمر بن عبد العزيز على الناس بمكة ينهاهم عن كراء بيوت مكة ودورها.
Ibn Jurayj said: I read out the letter of Umar bin Abd al-Aziz to the people (in which it was written) that it is not permissible to rent out the houses and dwellings of Makkah (it was forbidden).
