١١١٣ - حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة قال: خرج عمر من الخلاء، فقرأ آية من كتاب اللَّه، فقيل له: أتقرأ وقد أحدثت؟ قال: أفيقرأ ذلك مسيلمة؟! (١).
Qatadah said: Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) came out of the toilet and recited a verse of the Qur'an. Someone said to him: "Do you recite like this without ablution?" He said: "If I do not recite it, then should Musaylimah recite it?!"
