Mukhtasar Muslim (Abridged) 223 — Maghrib time begins at sunset

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would always perform the Maghrib prayer at the time when the sun would set and disappear behind the veil.
